Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Unopened items qualify for a full refund excluding shipping. Opened items must be in like-new condition; restocking fees may apply.

To start a return, email support@gamebox.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective. We will provide instructions and an RMA if eligible.
